Your bilingual REALTOR® serving Siouxland
During my time in real estate, I’ve assisted several families
with the sale or purchase of a home and land, many of whom are first-time
homebuyers; the feeling of handing them their keys to the place they’ll call
home at the end of the process is by far my favorite part of what I do. I’m a
longtime Siouxland resident with a background of over 18+ years in hospitality
management and events. Over those years, I oversaw the development and
implementation of sales and marketing for our properties while proactively
developing action plans to build occupancy in our hotels as well as bringing
large scale conventions and events to our community which overall impacted our
greater Siouxland area businesses.
In my spare time, I volunteer for our Siouxland Chamber of
Commerce as a green jacket Ambassador where I take the time to get to know our
new business owners and assist them in promoting their business, large or
small. I was honored to be recognized as Top 10 Under 40 in Siouxland and am a
proud supporter of the economic development in our area; I look forward to all
of the great projects Sioux City has in store for our community.
In between it all, I am also a co-founder of Siouxland’s first
bilingual theater program called El Proyecto Dramático where we perform all
around Siouxland.
Raising a family with roots in Siouxland has always been
important to me. We love the great outdoors and attending our children’s
extracurricular activities. We are proud to call Siouxland home.
